Please read the application carefully and fill it out neatly and legibly. Before filling it out, please note the following key points:
• Courses that are prerequisites for one another cannot be taken together.
• Even a one (1)-hour overlap is sufficient to constitute a course conflict. Online courses are subject to the same rules regarding course conflicts as in-person courses.
• Two (2) new (courses being taken for the first time) courses cannot be taken together. You must have previously received a grade other than F0 in at least one of the courses.
• Two overlapping practical courses (courses scheduled as 3+0+2, 3+2+0, 1+2+0, 1+0+2, 2+2+0, or 2+0+2 per week on the Bologna page are considered practical courses) cannot be taken together.
• For overlapping practical and theoretical courses (courses scheduled on the Bologna page as 1+0+0, 2+0+0, 3+0+0, or 4+0+0 per week are theoretical courses) can be taken together only if the theoretical course has been taken previously and the student has earned a passing grade other than F0.
• In the case of two overlapping theoretical courses, regardless of which course it is, one must have been taken previously and must have a passing grade other than F0.
