Students are required to submit their completed internship documents to the Faculty Student Affairs for insurance entry at least 10 days before the start of the internship.
Students whose internship documents are approved and insurance entries are made can inquire their status via e-government.
Students whose internship is over must submit the necessary internship documents and documents to the Department against signature within 1 (one) month from the end date of the internship. The internship, whose documents are not submitted in due time, is deemed not to have been done.

- FR-0285-General Health Insurance Declaration and Commitment Form
- FR-1266-Information Form for Unemployment Fund Contribution to Internship Fees (Only for company internships)
